Booking Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of verified emergencies (medical or legal documentation required).

• If a session is canceled by me for any reason, your deposit and any payments made in full will be refunded in full.

• The remaining balance for a session is only refundable if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance and the deposit is applied to a future date instead of being forfeited.

• Payments made for completed sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• No-shows or late arrivals that result in missed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
